Hey there! I’m so glad you decided to stop by and read my blog! Its so important to me that you know who I am besides just being the girl behind the camera! Its one of my favorite things to do is connect with my couples and clients on a personal level versus me just being another vendor!
I decided I wanted to share a series of all The Good Things that I love in life! So here is part one of the series of one of the very first things I love! And if you follow me at all you know I love this!
GOOD THING #1
I LOVE nature and the water. My all time favorite vacation ( besides Disney ) EVER was going up to Traverse City in Michigan which you can read all about HERE. I went with my close friend Mackenzie and her cousin Sarah (whom I am now friends with!) for a girls weekend! We went to the Sleeping Bear Dunes all the way to the top, where your ears popped, you were up in the clouds, toes in the sand, warm wind in your hair, and where you could hear nothing but silence. It was so peaceful. I remember walking through wild flowers and searching for souvenirs to take home so that one day when I forget being there I have some piece of memory to hold on to.
Whenever I travel I always make sure to take lots of photos and grab things that remind me of the place I visited. When I travel with Tyler it’s always a shot glass (don’t ask why because I don’t know why that object) to remember the location, and something like sand and shells to put in a glass container labeled “The Caribbean.” Or like when we went to Chicago I got a colorful sculpture of the tower we visited together! You know the one where you stand in a GLASS outlook thousands of feet above the city! I will never forget that one! When I moved to Virginia it was instant peace because we are surrounded by the mountains, open fields, trees, and yes even sheep! I love that I’m so close to the mountains and still close enough to drive to the ocean!
