I am head over heels for Olivia’s college senior session! She is the sweetest and kindest person! I loved walking around campus with her and her boyfriend’s mom. They were so easy to talk to and it was so much fun! Olivia is a nursing major here and has about a month left till she graduates! Class of 2019! She is now in her practicums now in the Oncology department which is so near and dear to her heart. I feel most of us are affected by cancer and I’m so thankful for souls like Olivia’s to put her career toward helping others. She even dreams to one day work in the pediatric department, this girl is literally an angel!
My FAVORITE photos always have to be the close up shots of a senior because they are GORGEOUS! But I love how Olivia incorporated some nursing items in with her session. She brought her scrubs, her stethoscope, and about a million and one books! The one book was so thick you would need two hands to carry it! We walked around the campus to get some signature spots, and then some spots in gorgeous light! We got the glowy light AND blooms! AHH! Silently screaming inside! The flowers started to bloom last week and we are going to get some rain this weekend so I’m SO happy we didn’t miss it! Just checked that box off my photography bucket list!
Here are some of my favorites from her senior session in Radford, VA!
A signature spot on campus is the fountain! I’m so happy it was up and running too! For Olivia’s first outfit she chose this beautiful cream-colored lacy dress with some cowgirl boots! She also incorporated her cap and gown with this dress which worked perfectly!
This was a first time playing around with a stethoscope and I LOVED it! The detail is amazing and Olivia looks so adorable with it!
Did I ever mention I love living by the mountains? These photos are GORGEOUS and have such an amazing view!
Olivia really wanted photos by the new Radford sign on campus! When I tell you that I was literally standing in the street to get these photos…it was no joke! Good thing people are super friendly here in VA!
Olivias second outfit she wanted to include her scrubs and her MASSIVE amount of books! You guys these thing are seriously no joke. Her back must be so strong after lugging these things across campus! I loved incorporating them into the shoot in front of the building she spent most of her time at!
So this was one of those “let’s try something cute I saw on Pinterest moments” The object was to kick the books, we got a couple of her doing it but hysterically laughing together afterward were my favorite photos, so of course I had to put one here!
Her last outfit was my FAVORITE one! I loved everything else but the color was so pretty on her and just POPPED! I love when my seniors wear solids because that means I can put them on any textured background and add some variety to the photos! Isn’t she flawless?!
These blooms you guys gave me life! And any white wall you can just hand to me because it creates the prettiest light!
