Another Radford College Alum captured! I will never get tired of meeting these lovely girls and creating beautiful images to commemorate their time in college. It is always like walking around with an old friend and catching up on life, while her on behind the camera! It’s my favorite.
We had rescheduled Miki’s I dont know how many times due to COVID! We finally made it work by scheduling a session on the weekdays, which I NEVER do, but this is super important I always want to make sure my seniors are happy and can celebrate this moment!
Miki went to college for design and has a position in Richmond BUT dreams of being an event planner. She interned at a Vineyard in Blacksburg and cant wait for things to start up again to find a position interning at another event company. She loves wedding event planning but would gladly do other things too! Me too girl, I miss weddings too. Cant wait! She is a very go with the flow girl, laughed at all my ridiculous jokes, and was even there when I got some pretty amazing news that I will share with you all later! I will never forget it!
Here are some of my favorites, she is the most gorgeous smile and was literally such a natural from the first photo I took!
I am not the biggest fan of green, but I love how bold these images are. Plus the wall says FOR WOMEN, I mean it was meant to be.
Miki has the sweetest smile!
I love extra accessories like this jacket! It creates different photos and adds a prop to use! Plus its adorable.
I had to use a wider lens here to get her and the wall since it was such a tight space and I LOVE how they turn out!
I let my seniors bring 3-4 outfits that usually includes their dress with cap and gown! I love her simple white top with her splash of color in the shoes!
I will be utilizing these flowers in all session until they are gone! Since we missed out on spring time sessions for these girls, it was important I included this!
Last but not least at the cap and gown photos! I love going to favorites buildings of theirs and getting photos by the buildings or signs to commemorate their time on campus!
Sometimes champagne photos dont go as planned but thats OKAY. They still look really cute and holding a bottle of champagne, in your gown, on campus pretty much embodies college right??
I love the view right BEHIND the new Radford sign. It has mountains, a view of campus and an open are to shoot!
I mean Miki is a jaw dropper… this image is STUNNING. Her eyes just pop and she just looks flawless.
I wish I had images of myself like this! It’s so important to capture moments of yourself throughout your life to look back on and show your future generations one day 🙂
